3. Booking & Payment

• Booking requires a deposit equal to 20% of the trip’s total cost.
• Payments are made in person upon arrival at the location of the activity.
• The participation fee covers the expenses mentioned in the program for each trip and activity.
• All activities include a leader and a guide.
• The Project Pan team reserves the right to modify the program for technical reasons, force majeure, or improvements.
• The team also reserves the right to adjust the size of transportation (e.g., buses) based on the number of participants.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations are not accepted unless the reserved spots are transferred to another participant.
• No refund will be issued if a participant leaves the program before the trip ends for any reason.
• If a participant fails to comply with the departure program rules set by the Project Pan team, no refund will be issued.
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions), the Project Pan team reserves the right to cancel any scheduled activity at any time if participation is deemed insufficient or unsafe. In such cases, no additional compensation will be provided, except for a refund of the amount already paid within 15 days.

5. Responsibilities & Liability

• The Project Pan team is not responsible if participants leave the travel program or group prematurely.
• Participants are responsible for their luggage throughout the trip. The Project Pan team is not liable for any loss, damage, or related issues.
• Participation in the trip implies full acceptance of all the aforementioned terms automatically and without reservation.
• The website is not liable for any issues arising from third-party service providers or unforeseen events affecting the activities.

6. Data Collection & Privacy
The website collects personal data through two forms:

• Contact Form: Name, email, phone number.
• Booking Form: Name, email, phone number, selected activity, arrival and departure dates, and number of participants.

These details are necessary to organize activities efficiently.
The website does not process payments or collect financial data.

• No personal data is shared with third parties.

7. Restrictions & User Conduct

• The use of bots, spam, or automated form submissions is strictly prohibited.
• Users must provide accurate information when booking an activity.
• Any misuse of the website may result in booking cancellations or restricted access.
